       Best of Three  - BAKASANA  This is a little video project I'm posting on You Tube that explores variations of poses.   I am really passionate about this in class and so wanted you to be able to explore this at home too.  The postures are taught in a layered way-  Presenting the most accessible version first, then something a little trickier once the base line is established, and finally a wild card which is either an unusual adaptation or something advanced that needs a little practice to do.   I hope this reaches you in the spirit it was meant with- fun and playful but also with a huge amount of kindness.  Knowing when to challenge yourself and when to ease back is one of the trickiest lessons in Yoga, but also one of the most useful day to day.   Remember the first rule of Yoga is Ahimsa- or Non- Violence.
