BEST OF THREE: PIGEON POSE
Otherwise known as Royal Pigeon Pose.
This is great for tight hips as it targets the Glutes and Piriformis muscles. If you sit for most of the day or love to run/cycle then there's a good chance that this is a posture which will be useful for you.
If you find it too strong then pop me a note and i will give you a gentler version. Remember- you shouldn't feel anything in your knees!
