This week we are looking at variations of Lizard Pose- otherwise known as Uttan Pristhasana.
A perfect posture for stretching out the front of the hip. An area that can get contracted from sitting long hours at a desk. It stretches out the hip flexors and the quads so is perfect for those who like to- run, cycle and ski.
3 versions here depending on what it is you need right now. Be a little careful with the bound version- if you have neck and shoulder issues it may be much more pleasant to stick with the fist two.
